1. Tap unavailable when you have a passenger in your cab & tap available when you don't. If you do this correctly, your driver rating will go up!
2. Keep goCatch open to get the best jobs faster. When jobs appear, tap on the job to review the details.

4. After accepting the job, tap 'Call" to call the passenger and let them know you are on the way. Then, collect the passenger. You can abandon the job if you have to but it will reduce your rating. When you arrive at the pick-up, indicate you have collected the passenger by tapping 'Collected'. Tap 'No Show' if the passenger did not wait and this will reduce the passengers reliability score.
